NKAC Audit & Conseil is a Senegalese accounting, auditing and consulting firm, founded in March 2014 and registered with the National Order of Chartered Accountants and Certified Accountants (ONECCA) since April 2014.
Based in Dakar, it operates in Senegal and throughout the West African region, particularly in the parapublic, commercial, industrial and insurance sectors, as well as in supporting project leaders and business leaders.
The firm is structured around three main departments:
- Accounting & tax expertise: bookkeeping and auditing, tax and social security declarations, tax optimization, payroll management and social law.
- Audit: legal certification of accounts, financial and accounting audit, project audit, mergers and demergers
- Financial engineering & consulting: business valuation, financial modeling, fundraising structuring, cash flow optimization.
II. Need (optimize accounting processes)
Already an Odoo user, NKAC wanted to take the tool further to further structure its accounting and analytical processes. It therefore entrusted us to support the upskilling of its teams. The objective was to deepen functional mastery, particularly in the accounting and analytical aspects, in order to better adapt it to the requirements of its business.
