Parmi  nos références, nous vous partageant quelques unes de nos intégrations ODOO issues du secteur public  et privé:

1. Ministry of Health and Social Action

Nous avons mis en place pour le MSAS du Sénégal, un logiciel ODOO pour faciliter l’orientation médicale et évoquer des pathologies. Ce système, acquis dans le cadre de la gestion des alertes de  tout type de pathologies, leur permet d’automatiser la collecte des alertes, la qualification automatique des alertes selon les symptômes remontées, le suivi des indicateurs, la génération  des rapport en PDF.

2. Agence de l’informatique de l’état ( actuel SENUM )

Nous avons accompagné Sénégal Numérique d’abord dans la formation de leurs ingénieurs, dans le support technique. A la Suite nous avons effectuer une migration de leur  pour SI interne vers  ODOO utilisé pour leur compte et celui d’autres ministères. Nous avons mis en place un logiciel de gestion des congés et de documents administratifs. Grâce à la flexibilité de Odoo, nous avons pu gérer les spécificités de l’ADIE liées à la gestion des congés à savoir :

  • The number of days of leave;
  • The leave validation workflow (multi-level);
  • Generation of administrative documents (certificate of cessation of service, certificate of resumption of service, etc.).

3.DIALIBATOU

DIALIBATOU est une société agro-alimentaire, 100% sénégalaise fondée en mai 2018, spécialisée dans la torréfaction et la production de café moulu en sachets et capsules commercialisé sous la marque Dialibatou Café Touba. La mission a été pour BAAMTU, la mise en place d’un ERP basé sur la version 16 Entreprise de la solution Odoo vise à améliorer la performance globale de DIALIBATOU. Pour ce faire, le projet a consisté à l’implémentation des modules ci-dessous: 

  • la comptabilité

  • les achats

  • le CRM

  • la vente

4. Agrosaafi

AgroSaafi, fondée en 2011, est une entreprise agro-industrielle au Sénégal, spécialisée dans la transformation des céréales, des fruits et des légumes pour les marchés nationaux et d’exportation. Pour améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle, nous avons déployé un ERP avec ODOO intégrant des fonctions clés telles que l’approvisionnement, l’inventaire, la comptabilité et les ventes.   

5. Business France

Business France is the national agency dedicated to the internationalization of the French economy. It is responsible for the international development of businesses and their exports, as well as prospecting and welcoming international investments in France.

We were selected by Business France to design, implement, and maintain an online platform with ODOO for the TAI project (Talent Africains à l’International). This project aims to:

  • promote the employability of young graduates from UEMOA
  • develop the internalization of UEMOA companies
  • strengthen intra-WAEMU trade

This platform connects 3 actors:

  • Young African talents
  • African companies using the system
  • The TAI device manager

The platform proposed by Baamtu will be the interface between talents, companies and managers. It will be a communication support and information site, it takes into account several features such as:

  • Connection management
  • Managing registrations and connections
  • Ads management
  • User profile management
  • CV library management
  • Management of the platform administration

6. La Délégation générale à l’Entreprenariat Rapide des Femmes et des Jeunes(DER)

The General Delegation for Rapid Entrepreneurship of Women and Youth (DER/FJ) is a structure attached to the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic of Senegal (was created by decree n° 2017-2123 of November 15, 201 and having the following missions:

  • the definition and implementation of strategies to promote self-employment among young people and women;
  • the mobilization of resources and financing of business creation projects and income-generating activities;
  • strengthening the technical and managerial capacities of beneficiaries;
  • the supervision and monitoring-evaluation of funded projects and activities.

We have implemented for the DER, a set of personalized modules on ODOO to manage:

  • Accounting and budgets
  • Human resources and payroll management
  • The vehicle fleet
  • The purchasing process
  • Program management and the PTBA
  • Fixed asset management
  • Inventory management

The DER has projects, activities, budgets, and funding. In order to track budget consumption by project and activity based on different funding sources, we were chosen to implement integrated management software based on Odoo.

This software allows the DER to define budget items by grouping general accounts, to define budgets and to edit monitoring reports with, of course, the possibility of defining specific monitoring reports.

7. 5. Senegal Digital Technology Park (P.T.N)

The Digital Technology Park (PTN) aims to develop, in the Diamniadio urban center, the first and largest regional platform for promoting innovation and the development of digital services, creating jobs and wealth. The Government of the Republic of Senegal, acting on behalf of the Ministry of Communication, Telecommunications, Posts and the Digital Economy, has entrusted us with the implementation of an integrated management software package for the project unit's businesses.

We assisted PTN in the implementation of a customized integrated management system with ODOO including:

  • Fixed asset management
  • Inventory management
  • Fleet management
  • Human Resources Management (Evaluation, Leave, Recruitment and Payroll)
  • Project management
  • Purchasing management
  • Electronic document management
  • Internal instant messaging
  • Accounting and budget management

6. 6. HIGH AUTHORITY OF WAQF (HAW) SENEGAL

The High Authority of Waqf (HAW) is an independent administrative structure attached to the Prime Minister's Office created by Law No. 2015-11 of May 6, 2015 relating to Waqf. It is certainly not a strictly public administration, but is an institution organized by Decree No. 2016-449 of April 14, 2016 and its main missions are to develop and administer public waqf and to ensure the control and supervision of other types of waqf.

WAQF called on BAAMTU to implement ODOO with the following modules: 

  • Accounting management (General, Syscoa, Budget, Fixed Assets, Analytical)
  • Human Resources Management (Recruitment, Timesheets, Employees, Careers, Skills, Leave, Loans, Payroll)

This software allows WAQF to prepare their tax and social security declarations, spending less time on data entry and more time analyzing reports. The software also allows them to track their budgets in real time.

8. 7. PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL TRAINING CENTER 

Founded in 1984, CFPT/SJ is one of the flagship institutions of cooperation between the Republic of Senegal and the Government of Japan. A national and sub-regional reference center, CFPT SJ is one of the leading training institutions specializing in industrial maintenance training.

In order to begin a process of dematerializing its management tools, the CFPT entrusted us with the implementation of an Integrated Management System (MIS) with ODOO:

  • School management, Jangal: Management of teachers, students, registrations, exams, grades etc.
  • Human resources and payroll management
  • Accounting management: general and analytical accounting, budget management, fixed asset management, etc.
  • Fleet management
  • Business management (purchasing, sales, stock)
  • Financial monitoring (cash flow plan, monitoring of payment deadlines, budget control, budget monitoring, etc.).
  • Tax management (Freight charges, landing charges, etc.)
  • Management of customs families (sh codes and cumulative rate)
  • Module for determining the selling price with automatic calculation according to the charges (fixed and variable) and the forecast margin
  • Bed base management
  • Etc.

9. Senegalese Agency for the Promotion of Exports

Nous avons mis en place pour l’ASEPEX, un système d’information basé sur Odoo, permettant de faire un profiling des entreprises sénégalaises exportatrices et par ailleurs  de générer  les certificats d’origine. Cela constitue une mine d’informations sans précédent, qui est récoltée par les agents. A partir de ces informations saisies, nous générons des statistiques et des graphiques qui permettent d’analyser la situation de l’exportation sénégalaise.  Ce système est aujourd’hui utilisé pour donner des statistiques sur le commerce extérieur.
